This unique combination of heritage and education propelled him to establish his own furniture distribution company across the United States in his mid-20s, quickly expanding into the food and wine distribution business, demonstrating an exceptional ability to capitalize on market trends.

Transitioning from distribution, Joseph sold his companies in his early 30s and embarked on a full-time career in real estate investment. His focus has been on the construction and development of luxury properties, along with the ownership and management of office buildings, multifamily units, and commercial real estate spaces.
